Our services include, but are not limited to:

We will securely hold a set of your keys ready to respond to your property at any time, day or night**. Delivery services fee applies for this services, see below.
Key holding
Key plan 1 £5 per month – 1 to 3 keys for the same location.
Key plan 2 £10 per month – 4 to 10 keys for the same location.
Key plan 3 £15 per month – 11 to 20 keys for the same location.
Key return by post
£10 – 1 to 3 keys returned by recorded mail.
£15 – 4 to 10 keys returned by recorded mail.
£20 – 11 to 20 keys returned by recorded mail.
Key return by hand
£50 Key collection or delivery services between 8am and 8pm – within 30 miles of LU5.
£80 Key collection or delivery services between 8pm and 8am – within 30 miles of LU5.
Property checks
Check plan 1 £120 per month for 4 external checks* of your property per month**
Check plan 2 £180 per month for 4 external & Internal checks* of your property. This will include running taps and flushing toilets to ensure legionnaires disease doesn’t build up, we can turn on different lights so it looks like someone is home**
More or less checks* can be arranged, as required. Price on request. Email us at: info@pods-locks.co.uk
*Checks – we are a much cheaper option to a security company, checks that we offer are checks to ensure all is well.
If we do find a broken or insecure door or window, we can inform yourself or a nominated person and then make it secure (at your cost). A full quote will be given before any work is carried out.
** Within 30 miles of LU5 (further distances are priced on request).
All keys are held in a secure cabinet and to ensure your address remains anonymous only a code is placed on the tag. No addresses are kept with any keys. So you can have complete peace of mind.

1. To set up a plan email us at info@pods-locks.co.uk with the following information (copy, paste and fill in the answers and delete the plans you don’t want if you like):

Key plan 1 £5 per month – 1 to 3 keys for the same location.
Key plan 2 £10 per month – 4 to 10 keys for the same location.

Property checks
Check plan 1 £120 per month.
Check plan 2 £180 per month.
2. Now set up a Standing Order (SO) with your bank to pay that amount monthly to:

This will give you total control over the amount paid, date paid and stopping payment should you ever need to.
Payment plans set up now will be guaranteed no price rise for 5 years
The plan will start after the first payment is paid. If a payment is not made in the month prior then we will consider the plan terminated, if this is the case please email us so there is no mistake. Any keys held after this date will be kept for 6 months, access to the keys will require all missed payments to be made first.
